Top Notch Hosting
Customer :
The person or entity that
subscribes to TNH services
All charges are shown in US Dollars.
Payments are to be made in US dollars. TNH currently accepts the
following types of payment:
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover)
All payments are due on the Payment
Due Date. The Payment Due Date is the monthly anniversary of the
date the account was activated. TNH requires that you keep a payment
method on file at all times. TNH will automatically charge your
designated payment method for charges that apply to your account.
You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying TNH, of any
changes to your payment method (including, but not limited to card
number, expiration date, billing address, or card status).
All customers have a 15-day grace
period from Payment Due Date before the account is suspended or
disabled. Should the outstanding balance exceed the grace period,
TNH will invoke a $5.00 USD penalty plus the remaining balance to
reactivate account.
Accounts that are thirty (30) days
past due are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you
will be liable for costs of collection including attorney’s fees,
court costs, and collection agency fees.
Billing Cycles
(Terms)
TNH offers four Billing Cycles
(terms): Monthly, Quarterly (3 months), Semi-Annual (6 months) and
Annual (12 months). The Billing Cycle begins on the Plan Activation
Date.
You may elect to change your Billing
Cycle at any time; however, the new Billing Cycle will only take
effect at the time of the next plan renewal.
All additional features added to an
account will be prorated to the next payment and an adjustment will
be made to the monthly plan cost. The next payment due will reflect
the additional services that have been added or removed outside of
elected plans.
TNH does not mail paper invoices or
statements.
Credit Card
Chargebacks
A $25.00 chargeback fee will be
assessed for each credit card chargeback received by TNH.
Bank Wire Payments
TNH does NOT charge fees for
accepting payment, however, international wire transfers may be
assessed a $20.00 USD processing fee by an intermediary bank in New
York. In addition, your issuing bank may also charge a fee for
sending the wire. Please add these fees to the amount that you are
sending to TNH or the amount credited to your account will be less
than your intended payment.
Reactivation
All customers have a 15-day grace
period from Payment Due Date before the account is suspended or
disabled. Should the outstanding balance exceed the grace period,
TNH will invoke a $5 USD penalty plus the remaining balance to
reactivate the account. All customers are responsible for their data
files after deactivation. A $49.95
fee will be assessed if TNH restores your data files to your
reactivated account.
Plan Changes
Customers electing to change to a
lower priced hosting plan on the same platform will not be charged
any downgrade fee. Likewise, there is no upgrade fee for upgrading to a
higher priced plan, however, you will be charged any difference
between the fee applicable to your new and former plans.
Service
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be
received by TNH a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the end of your
Billing Cycle. Cancellations submitted later than this time may
result in automatic renewal of your hosting plan. Cancellations
become effective on the day processed by TNH. TNH is unable to
cancel your account effective for a future date. TNH will confirm
the cancellation request when it is processed. If you do not receive
a confirmation, please contact TNH as soon as possible.
TNH does not monitor, and will not
automatically cancel, plans for problems related to domain name
transfers, non-usage, InterNic, your ISP, or any other secondary
issues not directly related to TNH’s services. Cancellation of
services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding
balance owed on the account. TNH reserves the right
to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason
TNH considers appropriate.
To protect our clients, all
cancellations will be verified before
canceling and deleting your account. You can not cancel by phone.

Money Back Guarantee
TNH issues a 90-day unconditional
money back guarantee to all shared hosting customers and a 30-day
unconditional money back guarantee to all customers of other TNH
services. If you are not completely
satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 to 90 days
(depending on service ordered), you
will be given a full refund of the fees paid in advance (excluding
setup fees) upon plan cancellation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in
accordance with the Money Back Guarantee. Refunds will be
provided in the same payment method of the original payment. There
are no refunds offered or promised after the Money Back Guarantee
expires.
Credit Card
Disputes
TNH has a zero tolerance policy for
chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is
subject to a fine, suspension and account termination at TNH's
discretion.
Miscellaneous
TNH’s policies and prices are subject
to change without notice. Any price changes become effective in the
next billing cycle.
